MAC Matte Lipstick in Lavender Jade ($17.50)
I keep wanting to say “MAC Bao Bao wow!” because of forbidden Sunrise, the head-turning, heartbreaking, traffic-stopping bright orange lipstick that basically has all the good stuff I like in a bold lipstick.
Lavender Jade is no slouch, either. Powerfully pigmented and oh, so purple.

P.S. What are you up to tonight? I just got back from a Costco run to get fruit. Seriously, I must have gotten 20 pounds of fruit, and I can’t wait to start eating it. I’ve been getting back into breakfast smoothies lately, so I got some Fuji apples, red grapes, blueberries, pomegranate seeds (mostly for salads) and bananas.
Now I’m gonna put on my jammies and watch Millionaire Matchmaker on the couch with Tabs.
